Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you may return it for a full purchase price refund, less the shipping cost. Not applicable on sale items, clearance items, custom orders or any mystery pulls or bundles. Please see below for more information on our return policy:

RETURNS:

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the receipt date. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item, please contact us at dragonstreasures25@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). After receiving an RMN, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to:

*Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

REFUNDS:

After we receive your return and inspect the item(s) for damage, we will refund the amount of the item(s) to the original payment method or issue store credit. Please allow up to (3) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. Refunds may take up to 1-2 billing cycles on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company, while store credit will be immediately applied to your account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Depending on the issue, we will either assist you in filing a claim with USPS/Fedex or arrange a refund/store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, AND MYSTERY PULLS (including, but not limited to: Mystery Bundles, Regular Bundles, Kitchen Bundles, Spa bundles, Dragon Egg pulls, Extra ball pulls) ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
